Ransey Tourism Healthy Travel operates as a licensed medical tourism intermediary authorized by USHAS (International Health Services Inc.). We do not directly provide medical treatments. We coordinate appointments between international patients and accredited healthcare facilities in Turkey.

2. Scope of Services

Our intermediary services include:

• Free initial consultation and needs assessment
• Appointment coordination with accredited clinics and hospitals
• Hotel accommodation arrangement
• Airport and local transfer coordination
• 24/7 multilingual patient support
• Post-procedure follow-up coordination

3. Medical Disclaimer

Ransey Tourism does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made between the patient and the treating physician. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate access to healthcare services.

4. Partner Facilities

We coordinate appointments exclusively with healthcare facilities that hold valid accreditation from the Turkish Ministry of Health. Partner facilities operate independently, and medical outcomes are the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider.

5. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information
• Obtain valid travel documents and insurance
• Follow pre- and post-procedure instructions from medical professionals
• Inform us of any changes to travel plans promptly

6. Pricing & Payments

Our consultation and coordination services are provided free of charge. Medical procedure costs are determined by the partner healthcare facility and communicated to you before any commitment. We do not charge hidden fees.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation policies for medical procedures, accommodation, and transfers are subject to the terms of each respective service provider. We will assist you with the cancellation process.

8. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary, we are not liable for medical outcomes, complications, or any losses arising from medical procedures performed by partner facilities. Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
